What is SYNKRO?

We step into an immersive 45 minute journey on the mat, surrounded by others but the focus is on the self.

SYNKRO’s movement practice encourages us to feel more.
Remove the distractions and come into the body, into the present.

This method is inspired from every and any type of movement and workout function, blended together in it’s own unique style which is SYNKRO - using ankle weights, dumbbells and bodyweight training.

Expect to breathe, sweat and free your inhibitions.
We commence grounded and slow, then gradually we build the heat and fire to a fast paced and intense workout - to work in.

This practice brings us deeper in our own physical, emotional and energetic awareness.

We encourage release, power, lightness and fun.
